He died in an avalanche while snowboarding in Bucegi, near Sinaia (Romania). The area was always marked for increased avalanche risk, and it was a summer trekking route.

Bobo,
nu pot sa cred! As vrea sa pot sa citesc acum toate jurnalele,toate case-urile inregistrate de tine in sistem...nu pot sa accept ca nu mai esti printre noi...pot accepta sa nu mai fim colegi.... si sa descopar in acest fel ce copil bun ai fost, ce potential aveai...nu exista cuvinte pentru ce s-a intamplat...RIP BOBO..
